We have a rigorous teacher selection and vetting process across >20 subjects from Key Stage 1 all the way through to GCSEs and A-levels. Only the most qualified (at least 10 years of teaching) and skilled teachers are selected to join. We only take 1 in 20 of the teachers we interview.
